PROCESS
The purpose of this construction is to build a two-storey, three-bedroom single-family dwelling, only one of which is above the threshold and the other below.
The layout of the proposed building (housing) takes advantage of the size of the plot, making it possible to create large leisure spaces with good solar incidence, thus obtaining thermal and energy benefits as a whole.
The proposal extends along the plot in a kind of ‘U’ shape, with one of the ‘arms’ establishing a barrier between outside noise, and is developed on two floors, with a clear distinction between social and private spaces, but which communicate with each other both because of the relationships they establish between the various living experiences and because of the emphasis that was sought to favour, at all times, communication between the interior and exterior.
