PROCESS
The project presented arises from the desire of the applicants to build a single-family house with a single habitable floor, making the most of the width of the land and always taking into account the solar orientation for greater lighting and thermal benefit of the building. The proposal also has a small floor, below the threshold level, intended for the technical area, not being considered a habitable space.
The proposed implantation polygon seeks to orient the building in an approximate “U” shape to the South, the side towards which it mostly opens, in contact with the created outdoor living spaces and the swimming pool, and also taking advantage of the benefits arising from this orientation. solar.
The house consists of a T2 equipped with various accesses to outdoor spaces, promoting contact between its inhabitants and nature.
Two suites were designed, and the main one containing a closet of considerable size. The social space of the house is separate from the private spaces and was designed in an open space style containing a kitchen with island, dining room and living room. The house also has a laundry room with access to the outside and an office with the necessary areas to be converted into a bedroom in the future.
On the 1st floor, in the transversal volume closest to the Street, porch and garage spaces were also designed.
