SHARE PROJECT
PROCESS
The following proposal refers to a project for a multi-family housing building, which consists of five floors, four of them above the threshold level and one floor, below the threshold level, all of which is dedicated to parking to support the constituent fractions of the building.
All dwellings are located on the four floors above the threshold level, with the building consisting of T0 and T1 typologies. Each fraction has its own parking space and all residents of the building have access to a common outdoor area in the street.
The plot of land has a total area of 1232.00m2. It should also be noted that this project includes an area reserved for the public domain to define and widen the public pedestrian promenade.
The construction area of the building is 1514.46m2, of which 954.53m2 is used for housing (multi-family housing) and 559.93m2 is a garage floor (Floor -1, parking).
The patio area features an outdoor swimming pool, with an area of 36m2, as well as an external staircase to access the pool and the ceramic deck platform that surrounds it.
The existing outdoor spaces on the patio are only reserved for exclusive private access and use by the building’s inhabitants.
The proposal follows the premise of integrating with the urban context in which it is located, valuing its integration into the whole and contributing to the design of a more cohesive urban framework. In this way, it completes a very consolidated urban front.
