PROCESS
The project presents a T4 single-family house consisting of two floors above the threshold level.
The 1st floor is the main floor of the house, which includes both the social and private spaces. The main access is from this level and directs people to an entrance hall that precedes the social area.
The interior spaces were designed to include patios between the different programs, encouraging constant contact with nature and the outside.
Four suites are present in this project, one of which is the main one with a closet, sanitary installation and a private patio. In the remaining three suites each contain their own bathroom, study space and a direct view of the pool.
The social space is designed in an open space style with a living room, dining room and kitchen with a peninsula that provides hidden access to the pantry and laundry room.
The house also contains an office with access to a patio and a closed garage with space for two cars.
On this floor we also find a large area of outdoor space with a swimming pool with organic geometry that aims to reference the irregular traces of aquatic nature.
On the lower floor, a games room was designed with a support sanitary installation. From this floor it is also possible to access the upper main floor from two exterior stairs.
This design combines elegant slats, smooth plastered walls, and stone walls creating a contemporary and geometrically concise architectural atmosphere.
