The purpose of this urban development project is to construct a four-storey multi-family residential building, with only one floor below ground level. The proposal is for residential use, comprising nine two- and three-bedroom apartments with their respective accesses, while the basement floor is intended exclusively for parking and technical areas. Formally, the building has a modern design with large windows and a concrete appearance, with covered balconies on the east side, facing the garden, defining a design in which concrete and structural elements stand out, which, in a way, also mark and reflect the apparent rigidity of the development, inherited and assumed as its own formal and aesthetic element, but resulting in a plasticity without the appearance of a ‘box’.
