Its U-shaped layout creates a landscaped courtyard that invites light from the east and south to stream in, whilst the living area opens northwards onto the garden and leisure spaces.

On the lower floor, the four-car garage and storage areas are discreetly integrated. The flat roof, accentuated by a sloping roof overhang, completes a home that strikes a balance between openness, privacy and serenity.
