The clients of this project wanted a house with a fairly extensive plan that, if possible, could be functional with only one floor. On the other hand, they were looking for a contemporary design. The terrain was in a natural state, with no existing constructions, and there was a slight slope across the land. The main challenge of this project was precisely to be able to fit the whole plan that had been requested without having to resort to building a second floor. To this end, and taking into account both the favourable direction of the slope and the solar orientation of the house, it was decided to bring the implementation to the north-western edge of the property and work on a U-shaped volume.

With a very active participation of the clients and the professional monitoring we offered, a comfortable and breathing house was achieved, despite the major implementation that was required, which managed to meet all the intended objectives. A project that lives from the central core that generates the volumetry, which guarantees natural lighting to all the rooms of the house and which presents an innovative and modern design.
