This building proposal is for the construction of a detached single-family house with one floor at ground level, with a three-bedroom typology, intended to serve as a permanent home.
The south-facing orientation of the building, parallel to the street it faces, towards the interior of the plot, not only promotes the use of light and heat inherent in the solar orientation of the spaces, but also seeks to create a dialogue with the exterior space and the swimming pool. All the interior spaces facing in this direction, given the solar orientation, enjoy large glazed windows and shading from the canopies that top them and which are provided by the setback of the façade plane. These canopies mark the south-facing elevations on the patio side. This language stands out from the other façades, which are more enclosed and reserved.
To summarise, it can be said that the building has a lighter language, with canopies, in contact with the patio and with more significant sun exposure on that side, and a more closed language, in contact with the street.
