The purpose of this construction is to build a two-storey single-family dwelling, typology T4, only one of which is located above the threshold and the other below the threshold.
The proposal stems from the applicants’ desire for a two-storey single-family dwelling that can be lived in. It was designed in such a way as to make the most of the size of the plot, and the building is developed along this length.
The house is distributed along the floors in a level way, distinguishing, in its interior organisation, the social spaces from the intimate/more reserved spaces, and also creating an area for the swimming pool and large outdoor green spaces for leisure and recreation.
