PROCESS
The project proposes the conversion of the existing building into a multi-family residential block comprising nine studio flats, spread over five floors. The interior layout has been adapted to the shape of the plot, ensuring a functional layout and vertical access via stairs and a lift.
The first floor comprises one flat with a private terrace and access to the communal courtyard, which includes green spaces and an annexe with a residents’ lounge and gym for residents’ use. On the remaining floors, there are two flats per floor, all intended exclusively for residential use.
