This architectural proposal is for the construction of a 3-bedroom detached house.
It was intended that the proposal should be developed on two floors, both above ground level. The layout makes it possible to take advantage of the solar orientation in the organisation of the spaces. The internal organisation of the building was also developed taking into account the separation of the social and private parts of the house, with the aim of bringing together the more private compartments of the house on the second floor, such as the bedrooms, and the more social divisions on the first floor, such as the open-plan living rooms and kitchen, as well as an office, storage room, laundry room and garage.
