This building proposal is for the construction of a three-storey single-family dwelling, typology T3, intended to serve as a permanent home.
Following the applicants’ design, the proposal was intended to have three floors, with one below the threshold and the others above the threshold.
Although the layout is not the most beneficial in terms of solar orientation, it has also sought to fulfil and fit into the urban context in which it is located, taking advantage of the maximum width of the plot. The fact that the building has two fronts has influenced the organisation of the interior space, with the openings towards the patio – the most private area – being maximised, despite the orientation to the north, in accordance with the design of the applicants and in order to allow greater openings to the private exterior area of the house.
