PROCESS
The aim of this urban development project is to construct a three-storey single-family dwelling above ground level, consisting of two semi-detached houses intended for permanent residence. The proposal aims to create two independent dwellings which, although they share the same layout across the floors and a common gable, are not symmetrical, each with its own interior layout and formal expression. The use of the same finishing materials, both interior and exterior, ensures a coherent overall appearance, combining unity and individual identity.
The main programme is developed on the second floor, with direct access to the rear patio, located at a higher level, taking advantage of the longitudinal morphology of the plot. The layout and orientation of the living spaces favour the use of natural light, thermal comfort and the interior/exterior relationship, with south-facing open-plan living spaces, where the patio, outdoor living areas and swimming pool are located.
