PROCESS
This project aims to build a three floor single-family residential building. The proposal presents a volumetric set that fits and articulates with the surroundings, both in terms of use and in the choice of materials and their respective chromatic variation, carefully selected and in perfect harmony with the surrounding constructions.
The implementation of the proposed building seeks to take advantage of the extension of the land while simultaneously complying with the distances stipulated in regulations, enabling the creation of large leisure spaces with good solar incidence, thus obtaining overall thermal and energy benefits.
The proposal is developed over three floors, with a clear distinction between social and private spaces, but which communicate with each other both through the relationships they establish between the different experiences of living and through the emphasis that was sought to privilege, at all these moments, communication between the interior and exterior, especially through the insertion of natural elements with small patios and green areas.
The proposed volumetric form, while responding to the applicant’s requirements in terms of interior spaces, seeks to prioritize comfort at every moment in the home, both in thermal terms and in terms of internal enjoyment through the relationships they establish between themselves and the hierarchy applied according to the privacy of each space.
