PROCESS
The present architectural proposal is intended for the construction of a single-family dwelling building, typology T4. In accordance with the clients’ intention to develop a two-storey dwelling, the design seeks to integrate the building into the site, taking advantage of solar orientation and the internal organization of spaces.
The proposed solution maintains the pre-existing building footprint, with the changes focusing mainly on the reorganization of access to the building, the simplification of the volumetry, and the removal of previously planned exterior elements, namely the terrace where the swimming pool was located.
The functional organization of the dwelling ensures a clear separation between social areas, located on the ground floor, and private areas, situated on the upper floor, promoting an appropriate relationship with the exterior and a better adaptation to the site’s topography and to visibility and accessibility conditions.
